Entered a prescription transfer online. Got a confirmation that Rx had been successfully submitted. Gave is a couple days per the instructions on the website, but when I called to see if it had been filled yet they had no record of the submission.
So I went to pick up my 18 yr olds medicine today from KING SOOPERS PHARMACY located on Fillmore and centennial in colorado springs Co. so i give the tech the birthday and she looks it up and tells me that it is not covered on my daughters insurance ok no problem so I proceed to put out my wallet to pay for the meds out of my own pocket, so then this lady tech says "I CANT ALLOW YOU TO PAY CASH FOR THE MEDS BECAUSE YOUR DAUGHTER IS ON MEDICAID AND AS SUCH SHE SHOULD NOT HAVE MONEY TO PAY FOR MEDICINE" my jaw hit the floor.... read more
My husband was terminated from the king soopers located at 19711 East Smoky hill road all because he has a disability. He had a brain tumor and had to have a metal plate imput into the right side of his head. Because of this he has ongoing seizures and he is on seizure medication for it. He also has a medical file from his doctors the size of a novel. His boss Amanda would scream at him, belittle him degrade him and the crew.
