Funny how if you are late or don’t show they’ll charge you $20 but it’s totally acceptable for them to have you arrive 5 minutes early just to wait another hour and 15 minutes before being seen by a doctor. An no one was at the front desk the entire time. Ridiculous.
I came in for a strep test and was assured before I ever went back to be seen that I did not have strep. The nurse rushed me through my whole appointment and wouldn’t let me even begin to speak about what I was experiencing. I get tonsillitis multiple times a year and usually know when I have it so I came here to get it looked at before I fly multiple hours tomorrow and she pretty much told me there was nothing they could do about it. Here for an hour after the online check in system told me to be here. Lady comes out says to a waiting room full of people "don't worry folks, it looks worse than it is"... even though I've been here an hour and they haven't called anyone back yet.
