Used the online check in and was placed in a room immediately. Very friendly staff..
I’m pretty disappointed. I used the “we’ll hold your spot” and arrived on time 10 minutes before like requested. I was first on the waitlist- instead the second person got called. What is the point of using this? I asked and the response was “Oh yea well it will only be 10 minutes.” No apology or correcting the mistake- 10 minutes is a long time when you are sick. I came to the farther away location to avoid a wait and to be seen right away.
