We proudly use only the purest raw ingredients in our recipes, so you'll never find any mixes, artificial colorings or flavorings, preservatives, or anything that you can't pronounce in any of our food. We can't imagine it any other way!

Amazing coffee (I always get a latte), and the chocolate croissants are just like those sold in French bakeries.
Fantastic, made from scratch (with love) bakery. With beautiful pastries, delicious toasts and perfectly brewed coffee. Absolutely love this place.
Had a ham and cheese quiche and almond croissant for breakfast. It was absolutely delicious!!
Absolute perfection. The canelle and almond croissant were heavenly and the peanut butter sandwich cookie we got to go? We should have gotten more than one...perhaps all of them. SO GOOD.
I am so impressed! The coffee is DELICIOUS! And the "small" baguette? Omg. I wish I lived here cause I would be here all the time. Did I mention they have HOUSE MADE chocolate AND caramel? ����

A true gem of old town. Everything I've ever had here is incredibly well made and mouthwatering. My only beef is that there prices are SO LOW for the quality they offer. I wish Fort Collins would be willing to pay for what they get.
LAVENDER LEMONADE HEAVEN! Stopped in on a hot day for something cool and discovered the lavender lemonade! This was amazing! Started with one and got THREE! We relaxed and refreshed in this wonderful, cozy place and people watched in Old Town. After a crazy and tiring orientation at CSU, The Little Bird Bakeshop was perfect. We will definitely try the delicious looking food as well when we get back to Fort Collins!
