I hired Attorney Brittany M. Dixon at The Litigation Corner for my DeKalb County custody/legitimation case and was extremely disappointed with the representation. In my experience, communication was very poor and important deadlines were missed. Opposing counsel filed a motion to compel, and even though I gave Ms. Dixon all of the documents and financial information she asked for, no response was ever filed. I would NOT recommend Attorney Brittany Dixion or Litigation Corner to anyone with something important on the line. I hired her for a child support modification case, and the experience was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I would strongly caution anyone considering working with Attorney Dixon. I retained her services in September 2022, paying a $3,800 retainer. Since then, she has consistently failed to follow through. No returned calls, no adherence to scheduled appointments, and little to no progress on the work she agreed to do.
