not very good talent and the food sucks
The owner is a douchebag who cheats the performers out of their money and thinks his place is so great and famous he chooses to sue any venue that has a similar name I refuse to go to this establishment again

I think it's TERRIBLE that you are threatening our venue in Mobile Alabama that is called The Listening Room of MOBILE. I will NEVER come to your place and I will tell all my friends too. Quit trying to bully other small operations around the nation. Using the name "Listening Room" in cities hours away from you doesn't hurt your brand. It only reflects poorly on you in that you'd do such a thing.
Leave small venues alone!
Was worth it to go and see up and coming talent!
My wife and I had a wonderful evening at The Listening Room Cafe that exceeded our expectations. It was fascinating listening to talented and successful songwriters talk about how ideas come to be and the relationships they forge with other artists. Being able to meet and ask questions of the people on stage was a real pleasure. We got to see the music business from a songwriter’s perspective and felt very fortunate.
