I will never support or attend a show at The Listening Room Nashville. Any "Listening Room" who threatens other Listening Rooms for Trademark rights because it's in their name is RIDICULOUS. It's an absolute shame what you are doing to other venues across the country.
Drop the threats you've made to sue various venues around the country that are offering an alternative listening room environment to their guests and artists.
A "listening room" is a type of venue and cannot be trademarked. I could never spend my money at a place with such ethical shortcomings.
Their attitude toward venues with the same or similar names in other cities makes me never want to step foot in their venue. putting venues in danger of closing by demanding huge sums of money to pay lawyers they hired for a stupid reason.
Trying to close other "listening rooms" around the country. You guys suck.
