Seriously worst label in the world of your building half of them are hidden behind trees and soo small you need binoculars and a flashlight to read them makes deliveries impossible
worst place ever, the staff are awful, they gave us a price in the beginning so we can pay deposit and application fee then they would say we can’t give your money back letter,, please don’t be fooled by the nice lack and golf club, they steal money from us, they would say sign in for waitlist and take your money and you will pay the deposit and then after you waited couple months they will call and say that they have changed the policy and the prices and they will give different prices and put you under pressure to rent wit... read more
Lack of privacy, management comes in to the apartment at least once a month. The pool had to be shut down by the Health department this summer because it was unsanitary. It's afternoon on a Saturday, we had lotta snow last night, walkways not shoveled. This happens all the time, parking lots are sometimes very bad. Difficult to find parking in the evening. Dogs are allowed to poop on grass & sidewalks, no enforcementt for pick up. Windows are bad,drafty, get iced on the inside. Caulking is bad and shower in many apartments. ... read more
Lived here for two years and love it. Just like any place there are minor complaints, but these complaints are so unique to my situation. Overall the apartments are well prices, well maintained, located nicely, beautiful views of the golf course and lake, and free amenities offered to residents. I used the shuttle to and from downtown for the first yeah and a half that I lived here and have golfed for free several times.
