The new management is much improved-more organized, professional, and overall better. Great location next to the golf course-very quiet. Reasonable pricing and flexible leasing options (cannot find that anywhere else). Rachel in the management team is excellent and takes a genuine interest in tenants' needs/concerns. Highly recommend.

I have lived here almost 3 years. The staff is nice and funny. They know all the kids and look out for them. The grounds are very well maintained. We don't have any pets but we have paid fees and experienced rent increases. Any time we have a question about our ledger or rent the office staff was happy to explain it. Our maintenance requests have never taken longer than one day to be completed and we have never been charged for maintenance. Terrible on how they treat retired veterans and take their money!!!
I LOVE living here at The Links! Well kept grounds. Nice apartments but our rent continues to go up and up as services are decreasing. We've been here only 1.5 years with 2 bdrm now @ $1400++ I don't understand! Plus utilities! Stick it to the faithful who just wish to stay in a place for the time they are here! Shame on you...owners of the Links! GREEDY! It's not only here though...other apartments in the towns nearby! Good grief! I'm not happy about this
