We had Link Lab come out to help our 5th grader and her friends celebrate their 5th grade graduation. Shelly was SO good with all the girls, so incredibly patient and supportive. She had such a huge selection of charms, something for everyone and her bracelet and necklace selection was robust. We cannot recommend this business enough. Hire her if you need an activity with a lasting memento!
This was my second time coming to The Link Lab. My first experience was so memorable I wanted to come back with my boyfriend and share the same experience with him. However, it wasn’t much of an experience at all. We felt very rushed throughout the whole visit. I think we were inside for maybe 10 minutes which isn’t the date I had in mind. Had a great experience with my best friend while we are visiting charlotte! The owner was very professional and nice and made this experience amazing for us. Nice energy and vibe.
My grand daughter and I got bracelets here. It’s kinda pricey but we absolutely adore the bracelets!
The Link Lab showed up to hold a Charm Bar party for my preteen and her friends. It was loud, with lots of craziness, but Miss Sidney (sorry if I spelled it wrong) was professional, kind, and so much help!! The girls (and the moms) had a great time, and the jewelry is lovely! Highly suggest!!
