The lady was not really friendly towards me and my mom and she showed us the wrong price. Once it was fixed it was even more expensive. She did not communicate any prices with us about the charms. So once it was time for me to pay it was way more expensive than she originally showed us. :( I wished for a better experience because this was an early Mother’s Day gift for my mom. On a positive note: my mom did like her bracelet and I am happy to do this with her

The Link lab was such a great experience for our sister/cousin date. The atmosphere & customer service was amazing from beginning to end! There are several jewelry styles to choose from, so there's something for everyone. We love our bracelets/anklets and would recommend The Link Lab for anyone interested in permanent jewelry!
The Link Lab was such an amazing addition to our rehearsal dinner!! I wanted to give my bridesmaids a special gift and a permanent bracelet was perfect to remember the occasion!! Shelly was fantastic to work with and managed to fit me into their schedule with only a few days notice before the event!!!
