The cliché, "I'd put zero stars if I could". Don't bother emailing if you expect a response. You can try calling, but chances of them being able to answer your questions fully are pretty low. Poorly structured management that doesn't seem to care all that much. They made the reletting process absolutely hell for me, resulting in me almost losing the person that wanted to relet my unit for the remaining duration of my lease. The Link Minneapolis is a very poorly managed building. The hallways and trash rooms are dirty, and the management does not care about the safety of their residents. The building seems to be going to court with residents quite often. They claim to have great security, but many things have been stolen from the “secure garage”. When there is a security guard (which is rarely), they sit on their phone. Within my short lease, I am aware of a multi-month, floor wide rodent infestation that was not dealt with properly. Dark, depressing and hollow, like Hotel Cortez and you still have to pay high prices and deal with the darkness of The Management, the size of the apartments is sad, the price per square foot revolting as is the smell of urine in the stairways and hallways. Homeless people live in the building too!
The management team is notorious. They steal tenants packages.
By far worst building I’ve lived in. Staff do not care, maintenance does not complete work orders, and parking is absolutely garbage. I’ve lived in this building just shy of two years and CANNOT wait to move out. A year ago my roommate and I started having issues with the seal on our door and reported it to maintenance. After months of no resolution we had to continually reach out to get someone to come up.
