There are two "gender neutral" restrooms on either side of the restaurant. They both have multiple stalls and clearly used to be one side for men and one side for for women. It was clear this made men and women uncomfortable. Please protect the safety and privacy of both men and women. If a gender neutral bathroom is of importance, you should build a 3rd bathroom.
Absolutely unacceptable experience at The Line DC. I prepaid two rooms through Hotels.com, yet my associate’s card—meant ONLY for incidentals and resort fees—was still wrongly charged for the full room rate. When I called to fix their mistake, the front desk was shockingly unprofessional. The agent talked over me, raised his voice, acted condescending, and repeatedly implied the issue was my fault. Great hotel, nice location and the food at the restaurant is amazing!
After incorrectly booking rooms, I had the pleasure of working with the manager, Ceda. She went above and beyond to help me and was able to clear everything up for the reservations. It was so nice to have such a professional, courteous conversation. Ceda's level of customer care is exactly what will keep us coming back to The Line DC!
