So many hidden fees. Nothing met our expectations from the start, especially for how expensive is was. Hotel space, pool, room, bed, none of it. Most of the staff was rude besides a few nice or helpful ones sprinkled here and there.
The Line is aging quickly in a hot area. I loved the view of my room but was disappointed by the furnishings and value. I paid about 650$ for a Saturday night in a river view suite with overnight parking. At that price point I would hope for 5 star service. Instead, I got passive, disinterested staff and an outdated room -- not to mention minibar charges for items I didn't take. I will note the coffee shop on the first floor made a great latte!
I was surprised to get charged an amenity fee.
Our ac was blowing cold not stop, we turn it off and on, and stop working and they send us a fan, I was expecting be move to other room or something but not a fan this place is not cheap at all.
