I’ve been living at the Linden for a year now and love it. The location is incredible, right behind Frandor, and being able to jump on either Grand River or Michigan is very convenient. The attached garage, in-unit laundry, utility sink, and storage area are some of my favorite amenities to the unit. When we moved in the unit should’ve been cleaned and checked better before we were given our keys, however they were quick to remedy this and came out the same day. We recently moved to The Linden apartments and the process couldn’t have gone any smoother! Connor was professional and helpful from start to finish. Fellow staff at the main leasing office were very helpful as well. I highly recommend the Arbor Glen communities, reach out to Connor and he will make it happen!
The community is quiet and clean, and international agent Ann always responds quickly to whatever I need.
I super appreciate Jaren helping us with a minor maintenance issue we were having. He was very attentive and made sure we got something on the schedule for someone to fix the problem this week. Thank you, Jaren!
The management here is undoubtedly the worst. I've been enduring my next-door neighbor's loud music from midnight to 6 am for a considerable period now, and despite numerous complaints and police reports, the office has failed to take any action.
