I have been here for 3 years and moving out due to buying my own place but leaving this place has really been difficult! Location is phenomenal, right on top of the most stylish bar/restraunt! Rooftop pool in the summer, couple of steps away from downtown biddo but the highlight of this place is the property manager Jen! She made this place feel like home and always went above and beyond.
I wasn't going to comment, however after realizing many of the reviews on here aren't even from people who live or lived at the Lincon Lofts in, Biddeford ME I decided too. I did actually live there for nearly 2 years and can say I would never live there again. Why? Simple, you do not get what you pay for. Allow me to elaborate. The cost of rent is not commiserate with what is provided or in the emmidiate area. Building manager Jen treats us all as her family. She’s ready with treats for my kids, warm hugs for me on a bad day. She always has a kind word And support of whatever is happening with me. And she supports our building community with everything from meet and greet wine tastings to school supply drives. The amenities are fabulous- but Jen is the best part! And yes, my apartment is as beautiful as the website indicates.
There are some bats in the building that show up in your room etc BUT the building is beautiful and you have a restaurant, bar, and gym in the building. You never have to leave. Maintenance men are friendly and get things done. Manager is very nice & personable. Rooftop Pool is super nice! Only took a star off due to the bats.
