Very disappointed at the lack of empathy from management. While other reviews demonstrate they’ve been understanding of making exceptions to unforeseen medical complications for guests in the past - going so far as refunding non-refundable reservations - that was not my experience. Despite not asking for a refund or any cost adjustment, but to simply move the reservation dates due to unforeseen late pregnancy complications/illness, management was cold, rude and condescending while reiterating their policy. This is a lovely hotel with a nice breakfast, hot tubs, and regular shuttle to the various ski resorts. They do tack on a 10% daily amenity fee off the rack rate, which was an unpleasant surprise at the end of my stay. While the rooms are large and everything is very clean, my impression is that it’s severely overpriced like everything in Aspen.
This place was great! From the breakfast, free coffee, complimentary Audi for 2 hrs , airport transportation and more! This place was everything! The room was super spacious and updated! It was in prime location in downtown Aspen! I would suggest this place to everyone!
