Either deliver our paper or give us are money back.
Inconsistent delivery.... terrible customer service. Our paper is delivered by mail carrier. If the paper is is delivered late to the post office we get no paper.... they might deliver it the next day... maybe not. Have called office numerous times.... nobody cares...
everything, they treat their carriers horribly, breech contracts constantly and their circulation director breaks the law by giving out the home addresses of carriers to anybody claiming to be a customer. then when you had enough and quit, they try to charge you and take money from you. also some of their employees have done things that should never be done like have explicit relations with a carriers daughter that clearly way to young.
The Lima News needs to provide more factual and non-biased columns. Right now, most all of their columns and a lot of their other publications are not accurate, have no sources, or are just meant to spread fear. This news company isn't even run in Lima and the leadership seems corrupted in my opinion. They don't listen to their audience and they practically help spread all of the fake news that's going around. Home delivery is becoming very undependable. Production problems last weekend resulted in no Saturday delivery and now this morning no delivery due to production problems Again with a delivery time of 5 PM! By then who cares what’s in the newspaper?
You charge too much for what you get, which is very little. The stories are more social than news. You charge for both paper and E-Edtion. Sports coverage leaves much to be desired.Delivery has gone almost back to an evening time. There is Much that needs to return back to a Great newspaper.
we worked there delivering papers and the guys in the mailroom don't keep things up on the paper work for the carriers on who quit and on vacations the one named Donnie and Bryan they just say it will get done and three weeks later you might get a up date we talked to some of are customers they are tired of going through hassle getting their papers we told them we don't blame them.the take money out of your check and took 75$ out of our check to pay someone to do a route I had for subbing that route and it was hers they swit... read more
