You could actually have a number where someone could actually talk to sobody about a delivery print. I have called .... emailed.... left messages... NO ONE has ever returned a call. I am now on mail delivery which is a joke. Anytime you have a production delay I get no paper until the next day or if it on a Friday... I get it Monday. Anytime there is a Postal holiday no paper because it’s delivered by mail. When we don’t get a paper which is at least once a month and we call it says delivery time is over so tough .. this am I called at 7:45 and was told the same thing poor mgmt.

Sending multiple messages or calling to try to get newspaper as ordered! Once again I’m having to watch my husband go buy a newspaper we already paid for! He is in treatment for cancer and we don’t need this with his illness. No one cares or is concerned about good work ethics. I’m a retired nurse and would never dream of treating people this way. Go back to the days when it was a "local" newspaper. Stop ignoring & sugar coating the sever drug problems, gangs & drive by shootings. I get you want to attract businesses to our area; but you are depriving current population the knowledge of the precautions they need to safely travel & live their lives. Knowledge is power.
