Specialties We are closing our doors after 38 years! Our last day will be April 15th, 2018! Thank you Austin! For all of your love and support over the decades! We love you all! This has been the only place I purchased my bulbs for the 20 years I have lived in Austin. I will really miss them and their warm smiles and knowledgeable service
So sad that another home grown, unique, local business is being forced to close due to high property taxes. Austin's loss!!
They dug through their inventory, going further and further into their back rooms finally returning with a bulb which fits a 1950s movie projector. The box the bulb came in was specific to the 1950s. Incredible great service and grand entertainment.
The Light Bulb Shop has light bulbs - all the light bulbs - whatever type of light bulb you might need, they have it - otherwise, it doesn't exist. Also, it's The Light Bulb Shop - one of the quiet joys of living here. They want to be your light bulb friend - you should let them 😊
An Austin gem for over 32 years! They always have those odd sized or old fashioned bulbs that are hard to find. Not to mention most any kind of bulb needed.
