I was charged a significant sum of money for an installation of a car lift that never happened. They requested a FULL payment for Single Post lift one month before delivery. They were not able to install it and issued a refund later but deducted $1,751.50 for THE DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION! They claimed it was my fault the lift did not fit because I “did not visit the store to check the materials prior to production” like it was not their but my responsibility to consider every technical detail for Installation.
