The front office customer service was exceptional. I’m looking forward to moving in.
I enjoy living here I love the ladies in the office they are very kind and respectful every time I put a work order in they make sure it is complete within same day my kids enjoy going to the pool seen how the pool never used to be open before these ladies got in the office I love how they have different activities for the kids to do in the office i love my apartment complex and will definitely refer others to move here keep up the good work
Staff was super friendly and informative the layout were spacious i overall enjoyed my tour and im strongly considering make the life at Westland estates my new home
Natisha was amazing at helping us find and view apartments. She was super organized and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. She always answered our questions quickly and made sure we had all the information we needed. Her customer service was perfect she was friendly, professional, and really cared about helping us find the right place. We felt comfortable the whole time, and it was clear she knew exactly what she was doing.
