Courtney from The Lice Crew was absolutely incredible. She came to our home and immediately put everyone at ease — including our pets, which says a lot. She was so patient, gentle, and kind with both of my daughters, who usually hate having their hair checked or handled, and somehow she made the whole experience completely manageable (and honestly, even pleasant). I can’t say enough good things about our experience today with Courtney. She came into our home and treated my whole family with so much kindness and professionalism. She was especially gentle and understanding with my daughter who has autism, which meant the world to us. She was incredibly thorough, made my girls feel comfortable, and clearly knows what she’s doing. Worth every penny, I would recommend her without hesitation.
