What good is a 30 day guarantee if you do not make the customer aware of the special rules that apply to it? Had my youngest treated and had a conversation while there about how I've been treating her for 2 months with no luck and about how none of the other 5 people in the house had them. Even had to fill out a form that listed the other household members, but no one ever mentioned that in order to use the 30 day guarantee that all members had to be checked by them at the time of that treatment.
