I would highly suggest not renting through this apartment. Maintenance entered without permission, the complex always smells of weed, and is noisy. The parking lot situation is awful , very limited since it is also open to guest. The management is a mess and are rude. For the price I would recommend looking somewhere else. The parking garages also always reek of garbage and are unclean. I also got a package stolen from the mail room and they did nothing about it. There are no cameras through the hall either.

Overall Apartment Rating: 7.5/10 There are pros and cons to living here just like every other property but if your lifestyle lines up in enough ways this can be a good place to live. If you actively dislike dogs, if you can't tolerate the smell of weed, and if you rely on close parking (or can't pay for garage parking). this might not be the place for you. Would not recommend renting. As a guest of someone who has been here for 6+ months, the building is well designed and amenities seem worth the cost - however, the parking policies are borderline predatory. My vehicle has been towed twice for parking in approved spaces, both with a $325 fee. Parking policies are not displayed properly and unclear signage is posted in the lot areas without parking hours cited. My experience moving into Liberty Apartments and Townhouses has been fantastic! From the initial application process to picking up my keys, everything was handled efficiently and with a friendly attitude. The staff was incredibly helpful and made the whole transition so much easier. I'm already feeling like part of the Liberty community and can't wait to settle in and enjoy all the amenities and the neighborhood.
