Myself and 10 friends showed up unannounced for a late lunch. They made a quick job of arranging a table for us all and the waitress was excellent in taking all our drink & food orders and still keeping them straight! Food was very good and the stout was excellent!! Definitely want to return there again!

A Bug Lager and Downeast Rueben at The Cup on Old Hallowell Days.. doesn't get any better than that! The Cup needs to put the Reuben back on the menu.. I never had one better than here!

We visit Liberal Cup every time we come to Maine. Normally the servers are awesome. The girl we had yesterday seemed impatient and made us feel rushed.She checked if we were ready to order soon after we sat down. I hadn't even opened my menu. She told me she'd give me 2 minutes. ( not sure if she was serious, couldn't tell.) Brought our food and drinks quickly. Then bill soon there after. That evening we had time to relax and take our time. Long wait. Only went for drinks and appetizers. Beer choices are great and spinach dip and bread were yummy. Would go back at an off time to tryrest of menu
