AVOID THIS LANDLORD! They're a fraud. We lived in their apartment for over 6 years, constantly threatened with eviction for trivial issues like leaving the door open while our kids played or making noise. After our lease ended, they billed us for carpet cleaning and replacement, plus charges for appliance wear and tear, which is unfair since they were old when we moved in. They expect us to pay after taking our deposits. We're getting a lawyer and heading to court.
DO NOT RENT FROM HAYLOFT, they are crooks!! You can automatically kiss your deposit goodbye the moment you sign your lease and they'll charge more on top of it! Lived there for 5 years, nothing more than wear and tear, we did deep cleaning when we moved out and left it in better shape than we received it in. YOU WILL BE PAYING FOR THE NEXT TENANT'S UPGRADES!! They have noisy neighbors too, no cameras in the parking lot. Do not rent here! The people running this place are crooks. They'll steal your deposit and more. After 5 years of living here, they charged us $700 to repaint with just normal wear and tear. Spent hours cleaning the place, leaving it cleaner than it was when we got the place, and they still charge us cleaning fees. Again, these people are crooks, do not stay here.
I have lived here in the past. It was wonderful. Moved back in, in 8/2024, it has sucked! The old woman next door keeps her tv on 24/7 at the highest volume. I made several complaints to management and they did absolutely nothing and actually sent me a letter saying I couldn’t complain anymore. I sent them videos of how at 3am I could hear word for word what shows she was watching. It has been actual hell trying to work with only a couple hours of sleep.
