We have been living in the Lexington apts since Feb of 2025 and so far the building has been great and mgmt has been quick to respond for any issues and amazing to work with so far. Pretty happy and would recommend to anyone looking for a quality apartment.
We have had the best experience at The Lexington. The building is always immaculately clean, any servicing needs are addressed right away, and the apartments are pretty spacious and built with quality finishings. Declan (property manager) is so friendly and always accessible. I love that management is always looking for ways to improve the building for an even better experience. I’ve lived at 619 Adams for the past year. The units are fairly modern but on the smaller side. The location is great, and the management team is responsive when it comes to maintenance or general concerns — which I appreciate. However, I’m giving three stars due to the rent increase tactics. After one year, I was hit with a 12% increase, despite being brought in under different negotiated terms. I lived here for one year before i was transferred once more. The property is well managed and they are quite responsive to issue.
