I’ve lived at 619 Adams for the past year. The units are fairly modern but on the smaller side. The location is great, and the management team is responsive when it comes to maintenance or general concerns — which I appreciate. However, I’m giving three stars due to the rent increase tactics. After one year, I was hit with a 12% increase, despite being brought in under different negotiated terms. I lived here for one year before i was transferred once more. The property is well managed and they are quite responsive to issue.
I've been living in the Lexington apartments since early 2017 and recently moved from the 2 bedroom complex to the 1 bedroom building. Tamisha and Robyn in management were amazing to work with throughout the moving process. they were both very responsive to my questions and inquiries in a timely fashion which made the move much less stressful than it could have been . I strongly recommend The Lexington Apartments for anyone looking for a boutique apartment complex.
