Staff at the onyx are so personable, helpful, and kind. They guided me through the entire process start to finish, answering any questions I had. The landscaping is beautiful and well maintained, and the apartments are even more so! The interior was so clean on move in, comfortable and spacious. I couldn't believe how amazing the experience was. I would and will be recommending the onyx to anyone looking for a gorgeous and relaxing place to call home.🥰
This is by far the worst apartment complex I’ve ever stayed in. I would not recommend anybody moving here. Management is no help at all every time you try to reach out, they don’t answer the phone, and if you walk to the office, the door is always locked. The apartments constantly have issues, and nothing ever gets fixed properly. On top of that, the roach problem is terrible. I've lived here for 3 years now and day 1 issues have never been addressed. Promises made and forgotten. Incompetent follow through. I'd chock this all up to negligence. First up, people looking for a place should know that the prices listed on the website are GROSSLY misleading. The unit that I rent is listed for 805. We pay 1100 for it. That's with the yearly rent increases despite nothing being done to improve the actual quality of life at the complex. There's also an insane roach problem. Not a resident but just driving through the complex I've seen more trash than a land fill. Its everywhere. Parking lots. Green space. The closed pool. And I'm pretty sure there are bullet holes in the laundry room door. Concerned for the residents health and safety.
