Prosperity Home Mortgage has been nothing but incompetent from day one. DO NOT use this company!!!!!! Lack of communication, poor customer service, claiming to speed up the process and yet it takes longer than a "non-sped" transaction. Steer clear of them and find yourself someone who knows what they are doing.

BIG thanks to Marie Ritzenberg who I first met at the Columbia office. She walked me through the financing of my first home several years ago, and I returned to her for the purchase of my second.
