Don’t use them! Two weeks after I submitted my paperwork, I received an email to submit my paperwork. They mislaid it. More paperwork & more paperwork. Don’t know why they didn’t ask for everything at once. So, here I am, 1 week from settlement date & they want another week. I am moving from out of state & all arrangements are made. All I can say it should never take 3 1/2 months to close on a home. I beseech you to do research and find someone else. Prosperity said we could wait 2 more weeks when they failed to inform us the inspections were expired. We would have been homeless. No thanks to Phil. Extremely disappointed.
