Apparently they only answer messages/talk to potential clients when they feel like it. I was looking for a new salon in this area of the city, but it sure won't be this one.
If I could give 0 stars I would! I am absolutely furious with The Lemon Tree. I went in for blonde highlights and walked out with orange hair. Not a slight warmth, not a subtle mistake—my entire head was toned into a blotchy orange mess by a fill-in stylist who clearly didn’t know what he was doing. My natural hair is brown and I left looking awful. What made this even worse was their complete lack of responsibility afterward.
