I’ve been seeing Mia for around 10 years, and she is truly fantastic at what she does. I’ve gone to this salon for quite a few years but it seems to have gone very downhill. A lot of their regular stylist have left but I’ve usually been happy with everyone so thought I’d try someone else again. Bad idea. Immediately did not feel welcomed. She started bad mouthing her client before me telling me how horrible/ugly her hair was. She did not listen to what I was wanting done and made my highlights, not only not what I was asking for but uneven.
