I’ve gone to this salon for quite a few years but it seems to have gone very downhill. A lot of their regular stylist have left but I’ve usually been happy with everyone so thought I’d try someone else again. Bad idea. Immediately did not feel welcomed. She started bad mouthing her client before me telling me how horrible/ugly her hair was. I went to the salon for a full head of highlights and a hair cut and won't be going back again. The stylist seemed very rushed and she was highlighting another person's hair at the same time. I don't even think I got half a head of highlights. One side has maybe 2 rows and the other side a bit more, but none of the hair underneath was highlighted at all.
