Phillip Leiser -- Not a lawyer I'd hire Phillip Leiser is a jerk. I regret the day I ever met him or his wife, Karen Leiser or his partner (I guess) Thoms Hennessey. What a complete waste of my time and my money. I have since read postings about Phillip Leiser and I researched the comments about the law suits he has filed against clients. My Experience with Leiser I, too, had the misfortune to employ the services of Phillip Leiser. It led to nothing but trouble and resulted in me being sued by Leiser, several times. I could not recommend Phillip Leiser or any lawyer of this firm to anyone.
Check before you hire a lawyer from here! I used this law firm recently in a case. The lawyers were unprofessional and mishandled my case greatly. There are several lawyers at this law firm that have been reprimanded by the Virginia State Bar. If you decide to use this law firm, make sure the lawyer they assign to you is in good standing with the Virginia State Bar and has not been reprimanded for misconduct.
