Jonathan Richie is one of the most attentive, responsive and thorough property managers I have had the pleasure of working with. I have provided construction services for his clients properties and was very impressed by his responsiveness. He's always available which is very important when a house is under construction. He also educated me on the standards his firm has for the property along with consistent walk throughs. I wouldnt hesitate to have him manage a property if youre considering.
