I love living in these apartments. The office staff are very kind and knowledgeable. The process from start to move in date was pain free and smooth. I’m very thankful to be apart of this community.
There’s nothing negative that I can say about this complex. Excellent gym and pool area, nice apartment layout and finishings, and excellent office and maintenance staff. My A/C went down and was repaired within six hours of calling in the maintenance request. Great job guys! 😊😊
It has now been three months since I moved out, and I have yet to receive my security deposit refund. Despite multiple attempts to contact Hawthorn Corporate’s office, I have not received any response. While the on-site staff has been helpful, they have indicated that the issue is beyond their control.
