Long story short, new management company; Very courteous and professional. The past management company wasn’t as effective and dedicated as the new one. Yes, like every apartment complexes there are issues, however we were able to get them resolved with the help of Kaya. She’s a great office representative and goes above and beyond to ensure you’re taken care of. Nakaya is also very helpful and both make the office staff very people friendly.
I just wanted to say how much I appreciate the staff at Lux and Legends especially Chris. He is always friendly and eager to help not to mention hardworking. He gave our family a wonderful tour. I would definitely recommend asking for him if you are looking for a new place. A++++

The maintaince staff came to my appartment right away and said that they would contact the window mfg., but I not heard anything since. The window is rusty and will possible fail sometime and it should be replaced.
I have the pleasure of living at Luxe and Legends, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best apartment complexes I’ve ever encountered! From the moment I stepped into the community, I was struck by the vibrant atmosphere and welcoming environment. The amenities here are top-notch!
