I've really enjoyed living in this apartment community. The property is well-maintained, the grounds are kept clean, and the staff has always been friendly and professional. Any maintenance requests I've submitted have been handled promptly, and communication from the office has been clear and helpful.
Upon arriving I noticed how clean the property was. Walking in the office I was greeted by the staff whom were very pleasant with smiles on their faces ready to extend their help…any and every question that I asked was answered without hesitation. I did get a tour of the pool and pool area which was cool..I would recommend this property to anyone that’s considering moving to the Moore County area…great hospitality and that’s what I would look for in renting from anywhere…and that’s what they have…
I’ve had mixed experiences living at this apartment complex. 🫠 I live on the first floor of the new apartments. Mine has repeatedly flooded and probably will again. It just keeps happening. 😭 THEN after living here for two years, a new company takes over (Druckers and Falk) and on top paying for my pets monthly etc, they want me to pay $30 for EACH pet to create some pet profile with a third party company so they don’t have to handle anything themselves. I lived here for 18 months. I started with a six month lease and later extended it for another year. The office staff and maintenance team were always helpful, responsive, and pleasant to work with. Maintenance requests were addressed quickly and professionally. A special thanks to Kaya for making my move out process extremely smooth and hassle free.
Fantastic experience from start to finish! The entire team is highly skilled and professional, especially Nakyiah, who truly stood out. She was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond for us—from our first appointment all the way through move-in. Her dedication and care made the whole process seamless and stress-free. We absolutely love her and couldn’t have asked for better support. She’s a huge asset to the team! I Would definitely pay good money to keep her around!
