Honey let me tell you… 100/10 ! Every single time I’ve gone in about questions ( it’s been multiple times) the office staff has helped me so much! All four of the girls are knowledgeable and so kind hearted. Thank you for putting up with my shenanigans you guys.
GET RID OF FORCING RESIDENTS TO PAY $30 PER PET TO HAVE A RIDICULOUS ONLINE PROFILE. I can’t stress enough how ridiculous this is on top of the pet fees I already pay monthly. I called the office to address this. No one called me back. I called Drucker & Faulk. No one called me back. I’ve had mixed experiences living at this apartment complex. 🫠 I live on the first floor of the new apartments. Mine has repeatedly flooded and probably will again. It just keeps happening. I've really enjoyed living in this apartment community. The property is well-maintained, the grounds are kept clean, and the staff has always been friendly and professional. Any maintenance requests I've submitted have been handled promptly, and communication from the office has been clear and helpful.
Upon arriving I noticed how clean the property was. Walking in the office I was greeted by the staff whom were very pleasant with smiles on their faces ready to extend their help…any and every question that I asked was answered without hesitation. I did get a tour of the pool and pool area which was cool..I would recommend this property to anyone that’s considering moving to the Moore County area…great hospitality and that’s what I would look for in renting from anywhere…and that’s what they have…

It just keeps happening. 😭 THEN after living here for two years, a new company takes over (Druckers and Falk) and on top paying for my pets monthly etc, they want me to pay $30 for EACH pet to create some pet profile with a third party company so they don’t have to handle anything themselves.
