Will charge for wear-and-tear maintenance, very loud plumbing issues, multiple domestic-disturbance calls resulting in police patrols, and office staff is a revolving door. Brush up on your rights as tenet before considering a lease here.

do not move in here when we first moved in we paid more money to have an upgraded unit. they told us because of the 1" blinds that where old and dirty was part of the upgrade. also we had upgraded faucets witch where also old and in one bathroom the faucets had two hot handles then the cabinets where just painted and that was are upgrade an extra $150 month for this that's a ripoff when we asked about it they where very rude and said there is nothing they can do about it. the previous person who rented are apartment where ev... read more

This apartment complex is THE WORST PLACE I have ever lived. They are unfeeling, uncaring and have no sense of urgency when it comes to true issues that we are dealing. I lost my job and although I did find another job (two actually) I pleaded with them not to file eviction because I would have been able to pay the end of the week. They could careless about my situation. All the issues I have had at this place and this is how I am treated?
