Well too much to say here. Flagstone is a joke. We lived there for 6 years in the same apartment, moved out January 2019, was only there for the schools. The pool was nice but did not take the place for customer service. They were about collecting rent payments and money only. In the last 4 years of the stay there they started to just rent to anybody. The problem with this mgmt: - Overcharging residents - Force fee on Alarm( $25/m) Valet Trash ($35/m) Pest Control ($6) Admin ($3.54) Admin ($10 water ) Admin ($3 billing for Valet) Admin ($4 for invoicing billing resident). These all monthly, recurring, they even boldly added to the lease addendum, notice it is addendum, not the TAA promudated lease. There are many hidden fees and awful amenities. Office staff have no customer service. The rent is more important than the residents. Please consider before renting here. I regret I did.
The management and office staff at this facility are by far some of the most untrustworthy and conniving individuals that I have ever had the displeasure of engaging with. Do not rent from them, for your own sake. Find anywhere else to live.
Overcharges unsuspecting residents. Glad I have been paying a fraction of the amount for the same services in other places since I left. I have requested an explanation multiple times and did not receive a response or an explanation. They say they will use a collection agency or other means when they are asking to pay money on time, but they refuse to respond when asked about an explanation for the charge. Management is unhelpful with anything you may need. The pool is always having some sort of issue causing them to "close it until the chemicals get corrected".. This is TX.. It is HOT.. and they can't keep the pool open? They changed gas companies without saying anything and added extra charges to our bill.. Now they are changing the "valet trash" guidelines.. First off, this has been one of the worst living experiences I have ever had with a property and we're barely 3 months in. First month, they lost our security deposit and billed us for it. After a week it was found in a desk drawer in the main office. Halfway through the first month we had a credit applied to our account out of no where. This is the worst place I've ever lived. The apartments are poorly put together. Water leaks from shower to bedroom, from water heater to closet, spiders, raccoons, and other pest show up constantly. They are towing cars, without owners knowledge. Not all cars, as far as I can see just my car. The office is "losing" customers rent and making customers pay again. Worst apartments ever!!!! I can never get my maintenance issues fixed in a timely manner, it takes about 5-10 maintenance request. I continue to have issues with my a/c not working properly and now my third ceiling leak. Yes I said third, my ceiling fell in on me twice and it took about 1-4 weeks each time to get everything fixed. Management is no HELP! Dont waste your time..
