The Legend is a luxury condominium complex, attached to Petco Park. High-end amenities, a party deck which looks inside the ballpark, warm and friendly occupants, likely 100 eateries within a mile radius, minutes from the ocean, and when it comes to nightlife, something for everyone. What a treasure!
I’ve lived at The Legend for a while now, and honestly, it’s been an awesome experience. The location is unbeatable — right next to Petco Park and just a short walk to the Gaslamp, great restaurants, and the waterfront. You really can’t ask for a better spot in downtown San Diego. We stayed at a friend's place here earlier this year and enjoyed it very much. So many great things within walking distance, and it had a decent workout room downstairs, too. We walked to the symphony one night, and whatever wasn't within walking distance was a short drive away.
Amazing location. Pretty much free season tickets to the Padres and free concert tickets as you see right into center field and the concert stage from the recreation deck.
