Friendly staff, large cardio room with recently updated equipment, variuos group classes for every fitness level.
Total life saver this place is, in more ways than one! They truly are a big part of my "village". Everyone from the front desk to janitorial services really care about the place. They've in vested money to renovate the gym upstairs. McKenna has improved the children's programs tremendously! Her staff works tirelessly for the children in our area. Again, grateful they are a part of my village.
I’ve always loved this gym since being a teenager and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay fit. They invest in really high quality cardio and weight lifting equipment. They also have a nice outdoor walking track, two pools and a sauna!
