They went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure she was well cared for. Not only did they treat Mom well, they were wonderful to me. The Legacy is a lovely, top-notch facility.

Emerald Pointe claims to be an award winner in housing and service excellence; this couldn’t be more wrong. The hallways of the building either smell of feces or garbage. If you’re lucky, they might clean at the beginning of the month. They claim to do background checks on all residents, yet the cops are there once a week arresting someone for drugs or a domestic dispute. Their “secure” underground parking is a joke.
