RecommendedThe entire staff (including office, nursing, dining room, etc.) of The Legacy treated my Mom with the utmost respect and loving kindness. They went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure she was well cared for. Not only did they treat Mom well, they were wonderful to me. The Legacy is a lovely, top-notch facility.
Staff are very rude. All they care about is the money not the residents, they are very much disorganized with staffing.
One of the nicest places northeast mpls. Staff are friendly and the atmosphere is homey!
If you are thinking about working here - don't. If you are thinking about bringing a loved one here - DON'T. This place is terrible. A train wreck. Residents do not get the care they deserve or the care that they pay for. Management is awful and treats their workers horribly. Avoid this place at all costs. Not worth your time or your money.
I brought my kids (4 and 1) to join their great-grandma for lunch shortly after she moved into The Legacy. The dining hall experience reminded me of a country club. Wonderful person attention, restaurant quality food, and they did a great job making my kids feel welcome, which is exactly what you hope for whenever you go to Grandma's House. :)
This is where my parents live now!!!!
