I came here to get my locs tightened up not knowing what to expect as it was a last minute decision and my usual hair dresser retired but I seen it as a chance to review a new local small business for the first time and see what's out there new because that's what a guide is really about anyway. Spent an hour trying to figure out where to get a fresh cut, finally felt like I should go to legacy. It was a great decision. Ralo did exceptional cutting my hair. He’s a very cool guy, very welcoming. Felt like we known each other for a long time bc he was so cool!
