Never have I been so rudely treated! I made an appt for 11:30 this morning. Arriving at office, I found the door locked. No one answered the door. Calling the office again, I was told I could come in. Door remained locked. Called office again, after much frustration, I said cancel my visit and she said sure and hung up! Is this any way to run a business?

The facility is modern, convenient and beautifully appointed. Office staff was very helpful and I look forward to living there one day soon!
My grandfather loves this community but unfortunately CANNOT afford the automatic 5% rent increase every year at lease renewal. He will be moving after 4 years here, as he is no longer able to afford the rent. :-(
