Never use this property. They steal money. I booked a room went there then they wanted 104 deposit. Then when I wanted to cancel because I didn't have the deposit they kept my money. They are scamming here. Be careful. The area didn't look safe. I'm sleeping in the amtrak train station where its safer.

Do not trust this property's management, especially Ricky Rodriguez! Stay away from any of HH Red Stone's properties! After moving out in May 2024, I still have not received my security deposit as of February 2025. Ricky repeatedly blamed the fact that the property switched management, but this change does not excuse him from the legally mandated 30-day period for refunding my deposit. This place is terrible. My daughter, who is a nursing student, was hoping to move into a nice apartment. However, after living here for four months, she was paired with two roommates. One roommate is very aggressive and racist, while the other has been throwing wild parties, stealing my daughter's pots and food, and having company over constantly, often smoking marijuana. I lived here June '23-'24, and my experience has been similar to most of the reviews here: unresponsive management, utility issues, and they do not give back the security deposit. Wifi was included in the rent, but my unit had no internet (wifi or ethernet) for 3 months! The heat/AC didn't work for a month, and it took forever to get maintenance to come check it out. The owners changed management companies towards the end of my lease and the new management company has been trying to pick up the pieces of this mismanaged mess... read more

This is literally the worst place to live the management is so awful. There’s been no communication, rent has been inaccurate. If you’re trying to move out good luck because they haven’t answered us for months. Wish I could give zero stars but it won’t let me post with out.
