The staff is extremely helpful, the neighborhood is relatively quiet and perfectly located in Fayetteville. The maintenance work is also top notch.

I have been living here for almost a year and I don't really have any complaints. It's pretty quiet, very clean and the staff (including maintenance) is amazing. I was skeptical about moving to a complex in Fayetteville being it's not such a great area, but I liked that this one is secluded and private.. away from a lot of action. So far so good !
