Recommendedthis is definitely the place to live. it is close to a lot of restaurants and stores. They have lavish apartments. I already love it here. the people in the office are so kind and polite they made our moving in a breeze.
I wanted to give a huge shout out to Trish. She has been a tremendous help throughout our moving process. I got the apartment of my dreams thanks to her. Fully renovated, super sunny rooms, tall ceilings, spacious closets, hot tub, a gym- and heated pools too! Trish is a wonderful asset to The Legacy apartments. P.s: Thanks for the coffee hookups. :)
Welp, I've never written a bad review before...but STAY AWAY!!!!! The office staff turnover rate is so high that they have new people working every few weeks, making it nearly impossible to get anything done. The staff literally lost my rent check and tried to raise my rent when I wanted to renew my lease. How does one "misplace" $1300?! They claimed that they couldn't help me out with the lost rent check because I was never given a receipt...even though I've never received a receipt from them in the 10 months I lived there.... read more

If you want rest, this is not the place to live. The rent is high and the rules are stringent. Not worth the money. The office staff is rude and very unhelpful. I missed work for a broken pipe and they would not give me anything off my rent for the time missed and it took them 3 weeks to fix the apartment disrupting my personal time and making a huge mess of dust all over the place. CANNOT WAIT TO GET THE HELL OUT OF HERE.
We moved here last year thinking that this would be an ideal place for us ...2bdr....$1400.00 a month...sence it was closer to my husband's workplace and my son....we will be moving back to Arizona where rent is cheaper, I'm Sorry say this place is ripping us off ,they want us to pay the rent even though we moving ...every appartments that we have been in ,when you break the least you pay only $280.00 .but this one want us to pay them $ 2000.00 to move out ...ridiculous....Dont let them fool you ....hate this place ....
They rip you off when you leave, charging for stupid stuff like painting the inside of the kitchen cabinets. They lied about the carpet cleaning and charged way more. We actually had to pay extra and got nothing back on our deposit and we are clean and neat people. Stay away from this place; they're horrible.
The smoke free buildings are not enforced. The building where this is occurring houses 2 residents who are handicap and on oxygen. The oxygen in use signs are posted. One day I hope the people who will not enforce these rules have someone to put their health in danger so they know how this feels. The people who smoke moved in less that 5 months ago. The people who are suffering because of this have been here over 5 years. This is NOT how you treat your long term clients/residents.
