A LOT of implicit forced charges, e.g. water bill insanely high without proper explanation or record, package locker charges (usually this is free at other apartments), move-out cleaning charges (they charge cleaning even if you apartment is well cleaned, the bill could go insanely high and eat all your deposits for some minor stains and marks). this is the comment for my recent maintenance request with LeftBank, I want to take a moment here to say thank you to my maintenance guy who fixed everything he could fix of my apartment, though we just requested the door handle to be fixed. We loved that how everything went smoothly after he took care of them and we really appreciate his professionalism and his initiative to do extra work just to make the resident live comfortably! There’s no doubt that he is the best part of the LeftBank apartment.
