I called on february 28th 2026. I never reached any one because I was hung up one by the front desk multiple times I was trying to get some service and ask some questions from the front desk, and they did not pick up. They just hung up on me. You can't be busy because it's 2am in the morning

As a frequent guest of Sosuite, I had high expectations for The Ledger, but this 4-day stay was just 'okay.' Having previously spent a month at The Loxley in Old City, I found this unit felt a bit cold and sterile by comparison. While the Loxley had a warm, inviting charm, this space felt very plain and underwhelming. Cleanliness and amenities were up to standard, but the noise was the main issue. Huge apartment. Would be great for someone working in town or a couple. Very comfortable. Full kitchen including laundry. Pet friendly but very clean. Loft is up spiral staircase so bathroom is on a different floor than the bed. I had a view of the park. Could possibly be loud, because it’s so central, but they supplies ear plugs. Wasn’t loud for me during deep winter though I could hear street traffic.
