The Lede has very poor management. The puppy pee pad right by the bbq pit was a bad idea because it smells. There’s also lots of poop everywhere. Some looks human. I am grateful for the Fresno Police Department stopping an intruder while he was entering my apartment. Please be aware of criminal activity in the area. Also please see attached photos for an example of communication with manager.

worst place you can live downtown , management (Deysi Lugo) can not do their job , ACs out for 6. months during the hottest summer with no care or urgency to get fixed Deysi will dodge and hide from any phone calls to resolve your situation and leave you and your pets neglected for 6 mo straight while everyday excessive heat warnings

I moved in during COVID from the Bay Area and initially found the place promising. However, the past two years have been a nightmare. The Mitsubishi wall-mounted AC units couldn’t keep up with the urban heat—they only worked if you were standing directly under them, leaving my 2-bedroom apartment uncomfortably hot. My plants were dying, and I couldn’t leave my dog alone for fear of overheating. This was the main reason I moved out. Communication with property management was also terrible—they only respond when it suits them.... read more
