In fact, he tried to violate the contract by saying something completely false. Management is terrible. Even after the change. There is a reason for the "lease special." No one wants to continue living there. They charged me an additional month for not providing my 30-day notice to not renew my lease. They said the lease agreement lists these terms but it does not. Upload that lease into any AI platforms and it will say so. Management clearly not not understand their own agreement. But it wasn't worth it to fight it. Not after a terrible experience. What is this!! On the second floor five apts. Over from Stanislaus has a Mexico flag hanging off of there patio. We are in America if u want u can go back to Mexico and support your flag there. Only flash that should be up is ours and it's red white and blue!
The Lede has very poor management. The puppy pee pad right by the bbq pit was a bad idea because it smells. There’s also lots of poop everywhere. Some looks human. I am grateful for the Fresno Police Department stopping an intruder while he was entering my apartment. Please be aware of criminal activity in the area. Also please see attached photos for an example of communication with manager.
