They deserve zero stars. I don't know how many times I emailed the Leaf Group, but I can count the number of replies I got on one hand. We signed a lease last summer with the lady located on-site. She was gone by early fall, though the Leaf Group apparently did not think it necessary to let the residents know that she'd left. I spent months emailing her to get issues (especially bug issues) resolved with no reply. I finally got in touch with another employee who told me she was gone. I would like to say THANK YOU to the Leaf Group for being able to handle maintenance calls in a timely and informative manner. Communication has been amazing with positive results when a service call has been initiated! This truly is company that is willing to go over and beyond for their tenants and a reasonable understanding for tenant satisfaction. Friendly staff, great customer service, and amazing communication.
We are extremely pleased with The Leaf Group that has taken over the small community complex in Canyon Lake, TX were we have been residing for about 6 years. We are impressed with the professionalism, customer service, and communication we have received. All of the staff we have had to communicate with starting from the business office to the maintenance workers have done an outstanding job of keeping us informed. A HUGE THANK YOU TO THE LEAF GROUP!
This was the most difficult and unorganized rental property management company ever!! They are impossible to get in touch with, never answer the phone, take way too long to respond to maintenance issues, we never had a property manager on the property to ask questions, and the weekend I moved in-a duck got hit in the parking lot.
