His assistant, Bambi, is extremely rude. She says very mean things, like told me if I stopped calling or emailing she might get something done. I believe they completely forgot about my case at all, and certainly didn't get me a decent settlement after a year and a half. I was told it should've taken 6 mos.tops! He's nice, she's miserable
